easy location kind staff unattended bar false advertising
the room was super clean (it really was!) and i appreciated the air conditioning. the hotel's location near the metro made getting around easy. i liked that there were many restaurants nearby. also, the staff was kind and helpful.
The bar area was often unattended, it was hard to find someone to order from. i noticed some false advertising regarding a special menu. The advertised availability was not accurate. (it was a bit disappointing).

satisfactory experience
spacious bathroom decent soundproofing unattended restaurant unavailable menu
the room was clean and spacious. the bathroom was also large (i really liked having a lot of space). soundproofing in the room was decent, which helped.
the restaurant was unattended a lot. i had to ask reception for service after waiting some time (it was frustrating). the advertised special menu was not actually available when we tried to order it.

excellent location polite staff uncomfortable bed beautiful room
the hotel location was excellent, near the metro station. the staff was very polite, and the cleanliness was excellent.
The beautiful room we booked didn't feel different than others. also, the bed wasn't very comfortable. It was disappointing

unattended bar deceptive advertising
The location proved convenient for accessing various parts of the city via public transport.
The bar service was frequently unattended. I had to seek assistance from reception after waiting for extended periods. The advertised special menu was unavailable despite the listed hours. The staff gave me inconsistent explanations. This was like deceptive advertising and greatly detracted from my dining experience.
